Your business is appreciated, and your time is valuable. To help us offer appointments to all our clients, please provide at least 72 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling.

• 72 hours or more before your appointment: Cancel or reschedule without a fee.

• Less than 72 hours’ notice or a no-show: A $30 fee applies.

• Appointments booked with a voucher or gift certificate: Cancellations with less than 72 hours’ notice and no-shows result in the voucher or gift certificate being redeemed in full instead of the $30 fee.
